Axona Digital provides, among others, the following Services:

• PR & media distribution.
• Social media management.
• Website and app development.
• AI automation solutions.
• Business setup solutions in the UAE, including company formation, PRO, banking, and tax support.

Specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for any engagement will be confirmed separately in a proposal, quote, or service agreement between you and Axona Digital.

To help us deliver the Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access required for the Services (including, where relevant, identity documents for business setup requests).
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content, brand assets, or materials you provide to us.
• Make payments as agreed in the applicable invoice, proposal, or service agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to your business and industry.

Fees for Services are outlined in the relevant proposal, quote, or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are due as specified at the time of engagement. Late or non-payment may result in suspension of Services. Ad spend, government fees, or third-party costs (e.g., for PR distribution or business setup) are separate from our service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

While we apply industry best practices and data-driven strategies across SEO, paid marketing, PR, and social media, digital marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and platform policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or timelines, and results discussed in case studies or proposals are illustrative, not promised outcomes.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Axona Digital unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. For custom deliverables created as part of an engagement (e.g., websites, ad creatives, content), ownership transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Axona Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

For Business Setup Solutions (UAE), Axona Digital acts as a facilitator liaising with relevant government authorities, free zones, and banking partners. Final approvals for licenses, visas, and bank accounts rest solely with the respective government or financial institution, and processing times may vary based on their requirements and policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Axona Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement as per the notice period specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services if these Terms are violated or in cases of non-payment.

Our Site and Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, HubSpot). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
